All pieces sold online are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to produce before shipping. Most of the time pieces will be sent off sooner but if you have a time restriction please get in touch with me first.

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK?

Shipping for silver jewellery is $20 CAD. This includes tracking for order shipped within North America, but not for international orders.

All orders will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.

IF I LIVE IN VANCOUVER CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes! Please apply the coupon code SHOPLOCAL at the checkout and the shipping cost will be waived. I will be in touch with you once your order is ready and we can arrange a pick up time at my studio in the Olympic Village area.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All pieces sold online are made to order, once they have been ordered I cannot accepted cancellations or returns. This includes all customized pieces and  fully custom jewellery orders.

I ORDERED AND RING AND IT DOESN'T FIT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you don't live in the Vancouver area:

- You can take your ring to a local jeweller to be resized.

- You can cover the cost of tracked shipping back and forth to me and I will resize your SILVER ring for free.

- You can cover the cost of tracked shipping back and forth to me and I will resize your GOLD piece for $50 CAD.

If you do live in the Vancouver area:

- You can bring your SILVER piece to my studio at an arranged time and I will resize it for you for free. 

- You can bring your GOLD piece to my studio at an arranged time and I will resize it for you for $50 CAD. 

I LOVE ONE OF YOUR PIECES BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CUSTOMIZE IT WITH SET STONES OR ENGRAVING. CAN THAT BE DONE?
